1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using InstantPages.ai, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Plans, Credits & Billing

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Credits granted by a plan reset each period and do not roll over. Top-up packs do not expire. BYOK add-ons renew annually.

4. Refunds

14-day refund window on subscriptions, 30-day on lifetime plans. Top-up credit packs are refundable within 14 days if unused.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use InstantPages.ai to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates any third party's rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. BYOK Mode

Under BYOK, you are responsible for all costs incurred at your AI provider. We do not have visibility into your provider billing and cannot refund charges accrued there.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime from your account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
