The AI says to connect a key, or my key was rejected
AI features run on your own Claude or ChatGPT key. Here is how to get it working.

Open My AI. If it says Not connected, paste your key and press Connect.

If the key is rejected, copy it again from the AI company site. Keys start with sk-ant- for Claude or sk- for ChatGPT, with no spaces.

Check your balance on the AI company site. A key with no money on it stops working until you top it up.

Templates and editing the words never need a key, so you can keep publishing while you sort it out.
